The triple effort included: leading the digital transformation, designing and implementing a full fledged BI solution, and establish the PMO organization to make sure it all could happen within Scope, Time, and Budget. Felix is passionate about Service Design Thinking and a firm believer in the principles of Human Centered Design and has studies in Psychology, Human-Computer interaction, Databases, Programming, Design Thinking, Leadership, Project Management, Digital Marketing, Data Science and Business Management his most notable achievement is being the father of a beautiful 9 year old future scientist.
